EXHIBITS INSTALLED AND REMOVED:
The exhibits move-in Monday, January 29 through Thursday, February 1 until 4:00 PM. The Director of Exhibits will have personnel to assist unloading and reloading of displays and will provide watchman service throughout the show. An electrician will be on duty beginning on February 1. There will be an additional charge for electrical hookup. The exhibits move-out after 5 PM on Sunday, February 4, and Monday, February 5, until 3 PM.SPACE ASSIGNMENT:
Exhibitors should select different booth locations in the area they desire to exhibit. If your selections are not available, the Director of Exhibits will assign the closest available space to your selection.TERMS OF PAYMENT:
It is agreed that 50% of the total amount of space rental will be paid by the exhibitor immediately after assignment of booth space. Balance payable not later than January 22, 2007. No exhibit or part of an exhibit will be admitted to any space until rental for that space is paid in full.COMPLETE EXHIBITOR PACKAGE :
Each Booth will be provided an 8 covered and skirted table, 8 backdrop and 3 1/2 side divider curtains, an identification sign, and (10) Opening Night complimentary tickets to invite customers, prospects and guests. Show management will provide assistance in unloading and loading of exhibits, night watchmen security, as well as storage of shipping boxes and crates.Bulk Space is also available if requested ( 20 x 20 exhibit space minimum).
